We are migrating from IT Glue and one thing I noticed is we can only create an Article in the KB or upload a PDF file. We have a lot of raw data that includes .mp3, .mp4, .mov, .png, .xlsx, .docx, etc... that we have been able to upload straight to the KB.

When we do site surveys, we just create a folder right now in IT Glue and put all relevant files in there. Without having to create an article and upload these files on the side bar.

Not sure why there is a limitation like this. We are on a self hosted instance, so storage space is not as much of a concern.

Please make this more usable so we can have all the data in one place instead of hosting other file types on other services or having to create an article and then attaching them!!!!
