Zoho suite (Zoho One) is likely a key demographic for SMB. I believe the integration (CRM) would help delivery Hudu sales because as Small business gets closer to Medium business, they need centralized contact management and a lot of other features that Zoho One offers. Zoho is NOT an RMM though and their asset management is kind of an island, as much as I wish it wasn't.

Same, I am trying to simplify the processes my team has to work with on a daily basis. It would be nice to have knowledgebase articles carry over, user accounts, contacts, and ticket history as well.
