Sync Knowledge Base Articles to HaloPSA
It would be a great benefit to be able to sync the Hudu Global KB to Halo's Knowledgebase. Halo has a KB search when entering in a ticket and since we don't have our KB in Halo we would need a sync to allow the articles to be created/updated in Halo when entered into Hudu.

Kristen W. Glad to see this in Beta. We originally imported all of our Hudu KB's into HaloPSA and now the Hudu KB's have been somewhat abandoned when updates are made. I would love to see this sync be able to match up articles and deal with conflicts like this so we can retain article relationships in Hudu rather that wiping and re-importing.

It would be great if there was a way to filter/flag which articles per customer get synced. As there's a great deal of other stuff in the KB section which isn't always required in Halo. It would also allow for a bit of a quality control process before something is pushed as a KB into Halo.

Really excited for this feature! This is super necessary to have as we need at a minimum our global kbs to sync to halo. Would also be super nice to have client kbs in halo as well. Might need a way to limit what kbs users can see through halo portal, but we should be able to take care of that in halo with permissions.

This would be super super helpful. Syncing those into Halo would complete our customer portal in Halo and allow for searching within tickets for resolutions and guides etc.
