I manage my client's vendors and have static details in Hudu, but I can't document interactions or performance issues. Ideally, there would be a reciprocal link between Halo and Hudu, allowing for syncing of data such as contact info, interactions, contracts, and support tickets. This would help in managing both client and vendor interactions more efficiently.
