We use Hubspot as our CRM and marketing tool, we anticipate leveraging their service hub functionality for ticketing in the near future. An integration between the two would be great.
I am adding more to this, we are also exploring migrating billing from a traditional PSA to Hubspot commerce. This would make an integration even more important. I know several MSP exploring this.
