It would be helpful if under the admin area of Hudu, there was a scheduled test of S3 API buckets and a manual test button. The test would perform a simple put and get of a small test file. The test would be successful so long as the file placed was able to be read back. Any errors written to log and UI screen.
If there is a command line option for this already, would love to have that documented in Hudu support.
