Pull Newly Added Custom Fields via API (ConnectWise PSA)

We need the API to automatically include any newly created custom fields or custom setup-table configuration modules added to our CW Manage configurations as connected fields in Hudu. This will keep the integration consistent and bring in the information we really need.
