Shared Inboxes in O365 are added as a separate contact card that lists the inbox email address. These shared inboxes are delegated to existing users as a separate inbox. It would be nice if the integration was able to detect this delegation to users and list the users as well as link relationships to the user contact cards. The ability to display that it is a shared inbox would be nice as well.
