M365 people/contacts sync into their respective companies

As it currently works, M365 treats each tenant you add as a company, and any contacts within that tenant can only be brought in as assets in that company.

In situations where there are child companies underneath the parent company/tenant, it would be nice to have some way for these contact assets to be synced into their respective companies.
