Link/Relate PSA tickets to KB

Would be nice to be able to relate a ticket from your PSA to a KB to help identify tickets that were related to why the KB was made or updated. That way when going back and reviewing why a KB exists, you have the context of why it was made and what tickets shaped the KB

    Ticket number as a link to the PSA ticket would suffice as a related item
