@Trevor Bedard This syncs on the friendly name so when the device name is different than the friendly it creates new assets. Is there a way to restrict that?

Hi @Nicholas C. thank you for flagging this. We’ve updated the integration to sync devices using the device name instead of the friendly name, and that change is planned for our upcoming 2.50 release.

This would be amazing. Our source of truth currently is CW PSA. The issue is that we get an extremely small amount of information in PSA from CW RMM, so we have an extremely small amount of information in our Hudu cards. Pulling the detailed information from RMM directly would be a VAST improvement!
