We love the way processes look in Hudu. Currently HaloPSA only has checklists. It would be amazing to be able to set up a custom tab within Halo where it could iFrame Hudu and kick off a process tied to the asset being worked on, the user being onboarded, or the customer being onboarded/offboarded. Having a ticket template be able to link to the Hudu process would be amazing. We currently use this to link to knowledgebase articles within Hudu. Having a robust integration with the processes piece would be even more useful.
