Hudu to HaloPSA 2-way sync

It would be great to have a full 2-way synchronization between Hudu and HaloPSA. With the recent release of the Hudu to HaloPSA KB sync, it’s now possible to sync KB articles from Hudu into HaloPSA. However, having the ability to sync KB articles from HaloPSA into Hudu would be nice to have as well.

    Not just the KBs, but it would be convenient to have a two-way synchronization between Hudu and Halo simply because I would be happy to have the items in Halo for two reasons:

    1 - assign the tickets opened by the customer also to the device I would find in Halopsa

    2 - having the devices with the characteristics such as processor or operating system in Halopsa, I could create sales campaigns exclusively on the devices I need to replace, and this is not possible in Hudu.
