Expirations API PUT/POST/DELETE

API

Currently the expirations API only provides a GET method.

It would be amazing to be able to PUT/POST/DELETE expirations for each asset type via this API.

    Since both PUT and DELETE have been added since this request was made, this can serve as a request for also adding a POST endpoint.
