The Domotz integration only allows you to sort Domotz-discovered devices to different asset layouts of a Hudu company based on Type.
For my company, we offer audiovisual SLA support packages by ROOM. So our asset layouts tend to be "Meeting Room 1, Boardroom 2, etc." where all the devices for that room go to that asset layout. This is not possible with "Type" as the only inter-company sorting tool. All i'm able to do is things like "Send all the PCs to 1 layout" "Send all the TVs to another layout". Each room has TVs, Each room has PCs, and I can't clump them all together.
Domotz seems unwilling to change Type and they are system locked fields that you can not edit. It would be nice if Hudu allowed me to sort by Location in addition to type so that when I mark an asset in Hudu as the location "Meeting Room 1", I can use that as a sorting method when putting them in the appropriate Hudu buckets.
