The Connectwise Manage integration currently brings in a user's username (e.g. georgem), instead of their full name (e.g. George Mkrtchyan). Showing the full name of the user eliminates confusion. I don't know if this is the only field that brings in data this way, but I would recommend applying this for any similar fields.
