Over time, we're leaning more and more on Hudu to be the central point for which we keep our internal knowledge as well as our customer-facing knowledge. We're starting to send out more public KB articles as well.
It would be a great feature for our customers to be able to submit ticket forms in Hudu which are linked via API back to AutoTask (or other PSAs).
