Currently, CW Manage integration pulls in CW configurations using name only. This has become problematic for us when we have simple hardware like phones that all have same name (the model number), or when replacing a server with same hostname. All the configuration cards match to the same asset.
Instead, we would like to see the Manage integration look at name and serial number. If the name is the same, but serial number is different, then this should create two different Assets in Hudu. This would more accurately represent the real world, where unique serial numbers represent unique devices, and therefore should get discrete Assets.
