Autotask Ticket Insight Panel

Could we get an insight panel for tickets added to Autotask? It would add something like this to Autotask tickets:

  • Last 3-5 updated assets/kb's
  • Most 3-5 viewed items in a company
  • Link to the org in hudu
  • New Asset drop down menu. You hit a drop down menu that shows a list of all assets and you choose the one you want to make. It pops up a window so you can go to work making the new asset.
  • Just a search field. Start typing and it searches all assets/kbs for that company.

    We left Autotask and went to HaloPSA. No longer needed. :)

    I will say that now that Kaseya owns Datto who also owns IT Glue - we are going to see integration with IT Glue first. Hudu may come second if we are lucky.
