Could we get an insight panel for tickets added to Autotask? It would add something like this to Autotask tickets:
- Last 3-5 updated assets/kb's
- Most 3-5 viewed items in a company
- Link to the org in hudu
- New Asset drop down menu. You hit a drop down menu that shows a list of all assets and you choose the one you want to make. It pops up a window so you can go to work making the new asset.
- Just a search field. Start typing and it searches all assets/kbs for that company.
