Automatically Move Assets to New Layout When Sort Rule or Default Sync Location is Changed

Currently, when a Sort Rule or Default Sync Location is changed, assets that were previously assigned to the old layout do not automatically move to the new layout. This can lead to confusion and require manual updates to reassign these assets.

Suggested Improvement:

1. When a Sort Rule or Default Sync Location is modified, automatically move all assets that were previously assigned to the old layout to the new asset layout based on the updated rules or sync location.

2. Ensure that assets are accurately moved to the appropriate layout without requiring manual intervention.
