API endpoint for assets with filter by value of list-field

At the moment it´s only possible to get assets filtered by field name. No other custom-field (e.g. list) is possible. Needed to get all assets with asset layout "Network Devices" AND value "Microsoft 365 in list-field "Email Provider". We want to build an dashboard to see what customers are impacted by an provider outage. Where is this product/service in use?
