As per title - whilst we can use emails to send to an email connector/service board, it would be great to simply see more/better integrations.
I already posted this suggestion - https://your-instance/feedback/p/raise-tickets-easily (not sure how to link considering the cool way this feedback is integrated with local instances…)
Ideally it would be great if we can only use a webhook and not an email (instead of just specifying a bad address), and also put tokens or variables in to the payload:
e.g. text:asset - %asset% is expiring on %expirydate%
