Allow editors to match HaloPSA cards from the asset layout

Currently we are working on de-duplicating our information from two different data sets. If we could give instructions to engineers on how to match HaloPSA data to data that had been imported, that would be excellent. Would also prove useful as a granular permission to users if that hasn't already been considered.
