Allow Custom URLs for NinjaOne Integration in Hudu (Launch Button Support)

Please add support for custom NinjaOne environment URLs within the NinjaOne integration in Hudu. This would allow the Launch button to work properly for partners using non-standard or region-specific NinjaOne URLs.

Currently, the integration assumes a default NinjaOne URL, which breaks the Launch button functionality in customized environments.

    Same here… We now need to use the region address eu.ninjarmm.com instead of ourCompanyName.rmmservice.eu.

    For us the main thing would be the click through from assets into NinjaOne. On those it's only the base URL that differs. So replacing that part would already be a great improvement for us.

    A good example is: zis-mgznt.rmmservice.au - this would not work. E.g of something that works au.ninjarmm.com.

    We’re currently using a custom NinjaOne domain because it’s the only way our whitelabel branding is applied.

    Unfortunately, the current integration forces all “Launch” buttons in Hudu to use the default regional NinjaOne URL, which doesn’t carry over our login session. As a result, we’re forced to log in again every time a device is opened - breaking the seamless workflow Hudu usually provides.

    Support for custom base URLs in the NinjaOne integration would solve this entirely. +1 from us!
