I find it really irritating that I can add a phone and even a fax number to companies, but not an email address. What led to this decision, and can we get an email field?

Would be nice to be able to move agreements the left under customer address so its not buried for customers that have longer notes.

Having the Onboarding Templates at the top of the page is not ideal. It is not the first thing you need to see when you get into a Company, The customer info and Quick notes are. Having the ability to customize the layout would be ideal. The templates make it difficult to find the most important information. Can we move them?

Wondering if we can pull an asset layout to show an overview on the company Dashboard.

We request the ability to add multiple website links to a company's Overview section and customize the title for each link.

Currently, only a single website link can be added, and there is no option to rename it for better clarity.

Proposed Solution:

This would help companies organize and display multiple relevant web links (e.g., primary website, client portal, knowledge base) in a structured way, improving usability and accessibility.

It would be really nice for us to be able to populate the Details pane with custom info; For example, one of the main challenges for our support desk is knowing the primary identity provider for accounts in each company, so being able to add that next to other info we need to know for everyone would be an absoloute win.

Would like the ability to classify a company (e.g. client, vendor, supplier etc)

I'd like the ability to add new customer fields to our customer profiles. For example I'd like to add "Contract ID" number field, "SLA Level" dropdown (we only sell 4 SLA's), start date and expiration date of that contract.

I'd also like to ability to view these details in a table on the customers landing page.
