Update Duo integration to allow for Duo Universal Prompt

Duo are deprecating their Traditional Prompt that uses iFrames, which is the only option Hudu currently allows built-in. Can we have an update that allows configuration of the Duo Universal Prompt. This will eventually be necessary to continue using Duo with Hudu for multifactor authentication.
