Restrict Tag Filtering to Current Password Folder Scope

When inside a password folder, please limit the tag filter scope so it only shows tags used in that specific folder. Additionally, clicking on a tag while inside a folder should only filter results from within that folder, not across all folders.

I think this should be tweaked slightly. The option to set a tag to only be for a folder would be nice.
