I'd really like to be able to throw an image or two on there as well. Somewhere to publish core values, announce major changes to a process, promote other company activities for employee awareness? Maybe a rotating image :)

Would also like to be able to rearrange My Favorites list. Or at least alphabetize it.

Be able to create your own custom dashboard with information that we choose. Maybe the ability to customize the modules?
